I am an AMIT at an Advance auto parts and one problem is any one that knows any thing does not want to work for 6.00 an hour. When they do get someone that knows something all they can get is a 4 or 5 % raise every year, could you pay your bills and support a family on this? I took this job because there was nothing else available. I lucked out at our store we have 4 mopar guys, These companies are phasing out a lot of books and there is some info we just dont have access to. Alot of the questions are asked to cover our own buts, There are alot of people , when questioned dont even know the relevant info for their car, we dont know who does have the relevant info or not. Just something to think about.....
