Got the 1950 B2PW126 running last night. After getting the proper distributor cap and lining up the rotor with number one, it tried to start. Rotated the cap to advance the spark and then filled the float chamber in the carb to get it running enough for the fuel pump to supply gas. She roared to life and is now running like new again. Even with no brakes or lights, I had to drive it around the yard a few times in the moonlight.

I have to fix an oil leak at the filter, bleed the brakes, paint and assemble the bed, and troubleshoot the electrical system, but it is great to be back behind the wheel after six years of working on this truck. I had almost given up and sold this truck unfinished due to other priorities. Guys here and friends at home encouraged me to stick with it and helped with the mechanical aspects all along the way. Thanks. I'll post pictures soon. Meanwhile, if you're in West Virginia, stop by and I can take you for a spin!
