If you haven't gotten it yet try this. With the triangular piece off, pull the latch arm to the top of the door. Then twist the assembly 90 degrees around the window track hardware. Let the arm back down and attach everything up. It can be done, takes a time or 2 to get quick at it. Kinda hard to explain without seeing it. Hope this helps. Kevin
