in the winter of 82 my 1962 m37 started at-34,but i cranked it over about 2 minutes then switched on the ignition then kept cranking for another 3or 4 minutes while adjusting the throttle &choke. it ran well but later the gov. put it on idle while on a steep hill. by blocking of the raidator it thawed &made it home.
