It depends. If you are drilling butter or wood, I would say the keyless should work just fine. The trade off here is time and hassle. Do you change bits often enough that the time saved with a keyless chuck will be worthwhile? I threw my last keyless drill (crapsman) away and use a chuck key now on my new drill.
On the other hand, I would trust Milwaukee to put out a quality drill.
