Roy: You asked, so here's my major suggestion. With trucks as old as ours, you have to got into a automotive parts place armed with knowledge of what it is you want to buy, preferably by manufacturer and part number. You cannot depend on a general parts store to sell you the right part for a 50+ year old truck. Be active rather than passive; take charge of the situation. Learn and tell them exactly what you want to buy from them. Vaughn's wonderful Parts Interchange File (PIF) on this web site will arm you with much of that knowledge. Now get that fan belt changed and have a very Happy New Year!
