Josh I was with you up to using a torch to remove the old floor. Do you have replacement floor pans that you are going to use? I replaced the floor in an 84 1/2 ton that was wrecked and used a floor from a donor truck. You are better off with an air chisel and spot weld drill bit for removing the old floor. One it's safer and two you get a better job. If you have replacement parts you'll want to go back to the seams which need to be pealed off for a decent job. A spot weld bit, available at NAPA and get extra bits, is great for drilling out spot welds to make it easier to remove old sheet metal. I would think you could replace the entire floor in the time you have alloted. Spray your seams after you clean them with weldable primer and use body seam sealer after you're done. Take your time to prep everything and it will go smoother and last longer. Good luck.
