there are no 15 in wheels with the load
capacity of the pw (unloaded probably)
go to the home page find cabel's site
and look at the tire and wheel charts for yourself
the 9.00x16 is a special high load heavy duty
truck tire made for the 6.5x16 BUDD wheels
and only used on WW2 and later mil trucks
and then on the Civilian Power wagons
the brakes worked well enough for all those trucks to stop
