Don't blame city folk for wanting to live a more peaceful life in the country but, I do blame and condemn them for trying to bring the city to the country with all their covenants and ordinances as well as higher property taxes.
Its not really the buyers I fault but the sellers! Yep, the good Ol boys who sell everyone else out for profit and leave their neighbors to have to contend with the onslaught of urban sprawl.
If they could just learn to fit in instead of trying to change an area, we'd be able to live together without many problem, and if folks weren't so greedy, they could leave a homeplace for their kids and slow urban sprawl.
In the south the question is, Whats the diff. between a "yankee" and a "damned yankee" ? A "yankee" comes and then leaves but a "Damned yankee" comes and stays!
