I have only 16,000 km's on mine now and the shifting has gotten better. It isn't nearly as notchy as it was when it was new.
What kind of tire life are you guys getting out of your tires? The stock tires on the rear are about 50% now and really haven't handled the torque and power of the engine too well. I would expect better life out of a set of tires then that. But then again this is the first diesel I've owned so I have nothing to compare it too. I would think that the tires should last longer then that.
