Paul, check out the BF Goodrich tires used on the new H2 Hummers. I bought a set for my '03 with the Cummins and 6 speed. They are about 35" tall. They really reduce the rpms and you need to have your speedometer recalibrated by the dealer, which is simple to do. My engine is turning about 300 to 400 less rpms at a given speed now. On the highway I am getting 21 to 24, depending on my speed. And I like reducing the rpms. Still plenty of power. They probably build the same tire in a smaller diameter if you prefer to stay closer to stock. They will fit your stock wheels or you can look into some of the few options available in aluminum.
