The boys over at dodge-diesel.org say 315-70R-17 BFG All Terrains fit without lift. Not sure if BFG makes MTs or something similar in that size.
If you go with bigger tires, your local Dodge dealer should be able to recal your speedo via computer. I think it's 601 revs per mile for the 315's, but my memory isn't great.
