I bought one when I got my 95 Ram new. Put it up to 5 year 100,000 miles. It was piece of mind for me the last 2 years. I think the last 2 years was a 50$ deductable but I cannot remember for sure. All of my problems/fix's happened in the 3 yr 36,000mile part of the warranty and Dodge covered 100% of that. Looking back on it it was a waste of money as I did not have any problems the last several years of the warranty.

My warranty was all thru Dodge. In the past month there have been some of the aftermarket warranty plan companies go broke. The big one that takes care of a lot of used car deals just flat went broke and folded up while another big company filed bankruptcy. They took peoples money one week and the next monday morning they filed the papers to restructure. Leaving everyone out in the cold before the bankruptcy. I would research an aftermarket plan before buying one of those.
