Eric,thanks for the info. Yes it is the blue truck. I wanted to get one of these vehicles but lack the facility to restore it. The blue one has a ton of work done on it, receipts, looked pretty nice & the seller seemed honest & sincere. I couldnt quite figure it out and strated checking in earnest for sites that had info. I saw pictures of early 40's pickups & read about the civilian body 4 wd 3/4 tons. I may have mad a faulty logic leap on the blue one. Do you think I screwed myself?
