Interesting. I ran the 47-56 parts book CC# numbers against a database of Military NSN and three numbers came back for the after type transmission - The gasket set, pilot bearing and the 88 loose rollers. I have a cover from a MV transmission that fits the PW after type that uses a straight shifter and bracket mounting on the side for an emergency brake handle.
After type transmission Parts found
CC# 1243622 - NSN# 5330-00-390-3306 [gasket set]
CC# 109190 & 1091903 - NSN# 3110-00-190-6660 [pilot bearing]
CC# 565291 - NSN# 3110-00-183-9186 [88 loose rollers]
