That body can't weigh a tremendous amount. I have built quite a bit out of 2" sq. 11 gage ( 1/8" wall ) and it is amazingly strong stuff. With a few gussets, that you mentioned, I think it would give plenty of strength and yet not be excessively heavy. Keep us posted. Brett
