If you're painting at 60 degrees you will probably need the lowest temp thinner he has and you'll probably need to do light coats and wait awhile between coats, probably 10 minutes or more. It will be mostly trial and error when you begin until you get the hang of it. If you're painting the top and bottom, practice on the bottom side that won't be seen. Extra paint helps under there anyway.
