After 9 years, I'm afraid it's time to sell:
The Good News:
-1951 M37 w/Chevy 400 (4-bbl, Edelbrock intake, HEI, rams horn exhaust manifolds, custom metal fan shroud) and TH400 automatic
-Starts, stops, runs, and shifts well
-Large transmission cooler
-Ross power steering, GM steering column tilts and locks
-Autometer tach on steering column
-Vacuum boosted brakes, all wheel cylinders and master have been replaced in the years I've owned
-Complete new dual exhaust last year
-Strange Engineering rear axle shafts-- very strong!
-36X12.50x16 Swamper radials
-"School bus" type heater
-B&M floor shifter
-NOS gas tank from VPW ~6 years ago
-Custom heavy front bumper and grille guard will accomodate winch
-Custom vinyl "duster" cab cover
-Wood rails/benches for bed are off truck, wood sanded and ready for finish
-Custom heavy duty tailgate
-Newer style military taillights
-AVM locking hubs (older metal units, stronger than Superwinch)
The Bad News:
-No top (but framework is there, as are NOS canvas support straps)
-Crack across passenger windshield
-Rust (but minimal dents)
-Not OD- dark green, with black bed
The Price:
-$2950 to sell now-- truck is registered until 11/30/03
