A 250 watt infared heat lamp may do the trick, point it at the most exposed and uncluttered side of the block above the oil pan but well below the cyl head. Cover the engine area with a heavy canvas tarp or layer with old electric blankets and poly tarp. It may take a day to warm up the block enough to thaw any ice. And if you can buy a dipstick oil heater that will help the process along. Or if you have a kerosene or propane fired space heater to blast the engine area that'll work too. If all else fails load it on the trailer and take it to big city to thaw out.
