Russ:

The truck was origionally from Lapeer, about 30 miles from where I live now. Larry, my Friend that I am getting it from bought it from a guy I knew in Lapeer. I was gonna buy it from the guy in Lapeer. It is a significant truck to me, because it was the first flat fender PW I EVER saw up close! I saw it for the first time in '96, and its been love ever since LOL! At that time, it was only 4 miles from home! Well, I bugged the guy for a few years to sell it, but he wouldnt. Then finally he decided to move south to NC, and didnt need it to plow his driveway no more, so he offered it to me in '99. Well I had a crappy job at that time, and did not know if I was working or unemployed, so I had to say no. Well Larry needed a tractor, so I told Larry about the John Deere 2010 he had for sale..and well, Larry decided to buy the Tractor and truck both! I was glad to hear it ended up in good hands.... Well in the past few years of some he hawing with the deal, I finally decided to buy it from Larry. He really wants me to have it anyhow.

There is a pic of this truck in Dodge Power Wagon Photo History by Monty Montgomery. The pic was taken the day I first seen it in '96

Well, Larry never bought any parts for it, just used it as is around his farm. No Wyoming sheet metal on this one!
