Having done both sw rock stuff and se mudding I had a lot more fun doing the mudding. We didn’t dig any pits it just happened to be whatever sinkhole was popular for the month or so. Swap running was also a lot of fun. Being the lead guy in the wee hrs of the morning on a new trail made thing real interesting especially when the headlights would suddenly drop out of sight in some unseen pit. The thing that I didn’t like about sw rocks is that once you have been over a trail that’s it. The rocks don’t change. I’m sure if I had a 50k dollar rock buggy Id be singing a different tune, but my trucks have all been street able stuff, most doubling as daily drivers.
