The VSN is the frame number, so check your frame, and stamp that on your new tag when you get one. Yours should be something like 2181230000.
The S.O. N.O. has some meaning that I long forgot, but it had something to do with the original order of the truck if memory serves.
At this stage of the game it means nothing that should matter! :-)
