Found a 58 Power Giant w/ 331 hemi

I spotted a 58 Power Giant today, I think it was a W200. Had a 4 speed, running gear looked fairly original. Has been repainted bright red, so hard to tell how much bondo is in it. Step side box with tail gate and pressure treated 2X6 flooring. New Mud tires. Didn't drive it. Needs at least a windshield and driver's door handle and lock cylinder. Guy's asking $5800 - fair price?
