Same way you start any diesel truck with glowplugs: Put batteries in, Turn ignition key to "run" position, let it stay there untill the wait to start, or glow plug lite goes out, then after the glow plugs have warmed up,which would take between 10-30 seconds depending on shape of glow plugs and weather, start it up! Easy as that!
