I have an older very large dual trumpet horn that I would like to put on my truck. I need help with the wiring!!! I believe the horn are the vibrating type. There is one wire to each of the ends of the horns, which are pigtailed together. Then there is a type of relay box, approx 1"x2"x1", with three screw terminals.
I would like to test it prior to mounting and I have not found the proper wiring sequence. I have no manuals that reference this type of horn and need info on how it works. What type of switch should I use to test the horn. I believe a switch should attach to the relay box so that it either blows the large or small or both horns. where should I attach the pos power and I am guessing that the horns are grounded by mounting.
