There are some differences betweet the WM300 (1960) and the earlier models. The WM300 had a longer engine by about 2 inches. I'm not sure if this changed any of the external sheetmetal, but I doubt it. The door latches will be different, however, so you can't just trade the doors out. The brake booster should provide hours of entertainment, they are nice when working. I'd say $750 is close to right, dependeing on the extent of rust, remember that you won't be able to easily transplant the engine into the older truck.
