I purchased a civilian PW for parts. The prior owner had made a wrecker out of it. Can any one tell me about a Garwood Industries 10K pound winch? I'm cutting it out of the rear box and don't know what its worth. The winch appears frozen. I'm curious what it would cost to rebuild it. I don't know if the winch is worth the time and the expense to do it. Any response would be helpful/Thanks Bob
