Greeting from Australia. I have a fully restored r/hand drive 49 Desoto Power Wagon with winch. This vehicle was built in South Australia by Chrysler Australia. It has a 250 Kew Motor. These are English Motors made at KEW in England. This is an excellent engine and runs like a dream, with 23k on the clock. Needless to say these trucks are pretty rare here.
I am fitting a twin carb set up, and a later model exhaust. All bolt on stuff, plus a power brake booster. Tyres are BF GOODRICH All Terrain Radials, 35. 12.5 .16.5.
The truck has 4.89's, but I am changing to 4.3's. I have one good one already, so if anybody can assist with another I'd be grateful.
