Instead of replaceing the cab get it repaired, and replace the cab mount bushings and elonggate the mounting bolt holes in your bed by no more than 1/2 inch, then slide the bed back away from the cab. Doing this should give you ample clearence between the bed and the cab to allow for frame flex without changeing the look of the vehicle.
