I suppose that would be an option, if the pulley was machined from a billet and there was sufficient stock remaining after removal of the excess. However, it's not. I guess it is either stamped or forged, somehow...certainly not cast. Besides, around these parts (San Francisco), by the time I paid a machinist to setup and turn the darn thing, I'd be better off just springing for the matched set of March Performance pulleys.
