Personal opinion for what it's worth. These are hobby vehicles, not daily drivers. Although I would love to drive around in my Command Car daily, between lousy fuel economy and parts wear, I would be taking a large portion of the income to mainatin her CORRECTLY. I wouldn't sell the reliable "get me to my pay check maker". Treat it like a hobby abd enjoy, once it becomes a sole-source transport you won't enjoy it, as when you need a new master cuylinder, U-joint, etc. and wait a week for the part, or are told "The drums on the brakes are truck drums and we won't do them/ Those are truck tires, we won't touch them" , etc. You will need your current truck to get them fixed/ pick up the parts.
There are great as a hobby, but my pay check doesn't come from them, and my boss likely would not agree with the vehicle following the third LATE day to work for breakdown/ slow speed.
JUST and opinion, they don't cost much, and you would be suprised how fast you can save money up to buy one. Shop around, save your money and get a second vehicle. Good hunting WAW
