There are some for sale that have a hand bulb pump to prime and if need be, pump fuel. I believe they usually come in one gallon sizes but it's been a while since I've used one. I would imagine most boat supply places can either supply you with one or let you know where you can get on. It sure beats the gas can with a hose strapped to the roof.
