I know the MU-2 is only 5000 lb capacity,
and it is underslung. Does it drive off the
same side of truck center as a PW MU-2R ?
I have had both, but I can't recall. Someone
told me th MU-2 drives off the opposite side
of the tranny, IE: gearcase is on the opposite side of the spool....Is that correct ? If that is the way it is, can you drive an MU-2R off a WC half ton if you mount the pto on the other side of the tranny ? If so, is there room to mount a pto
handle and have it work ? If memory serves
me correctly, the wc pto lever is on the
left side of the tranny. Isn't the pto and handle on a PW on the right side of the tranny ? And is the PW PTO, handle and winch
the same between a WC 3/4 ton and a PW ????
