One of the problems is that the 41Wc "sloped hood" has to have a sloped cab at the cowl,there is that 3inch spot where the cab doesn't slope down enough for the hood to fit nicely, although I've seen it done where you beat the cowl down so the hood will clear, I have a 41 WC that has a 39 cab on it where the cab was hammered down enough for the hood to clear. As for the frames, I think the PW frame is wider, but I'm sure someone here knows for sure.
