It is at 285 S 100 W. 2 year double wide on a foundation, 3 bedroom 2 bath 1600+ sq ft on 2.6 acres. Single wide in the back gutted with shelves put in(perfect for parts storage)and big double doors. Another new small building 200 sq feet(guesstimate) perfect for my EPA compliant chrome shop for personal stuff. Small outbuilding next to the house which has the pressure tank in it(insulated) with more shelves for parts storage along with the black widows haha. Also a concrete pad to put a small disassembly "hut" on. We will have a big shop put in as well with a 7,000LB lift in it as well as another outbuilding built with a paint booth. Not as big as Dana's Morton though<sigh> but should be nice and lots of room to park all the Dodges& Chryslers(20+ and still accumulating) I'll know today if they accept the offer. I will be 3 miles from where you are and closer to Wally World!!!! No dairy real close by but lotsa corn.
