Did the oil burping occur before or after you changed the PCV valve and associated parts?
You say when you run between 20-30 mph it will be just fine, but when you get to a faster highway speed is when it will start burping oil. Would guess this is related to engine RPM. Seems odd. In order for your breather to pour out oil, your valve cover has to get totally full of oil. A valve cover
and the head voids would hold close to 2 qts of oil. That is at least a third of the engine capacity. Which would leave me to believe that maybe some oil passages have been blocked by something??? Kind of a long shot, but might be something to also look into. How else do you get 2qts of oil in a valve cover???

Keep us posted!
