Thru which hose is the oil getting into the air cleaner? Hose from top of valave cover to air cleaner?
Another thing to look at would be your oil fill cap. Try and leave it off for a trip and see if the oil comes out the filler cap
or if it still goes into the air filter.
Sometimes, if you totally seal up an engine the oil pressure creates air pressure and it basically will presurize the oil to shoot out.
Maybe by chance you have too much oil in the engine? Is the oil still oil? as in are there any contaninments(sp?) like gas & or water?
