#1 The hinges in the door probably need new pins.
#2 If you want to convert to a 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive or a 1 ton four wheel drive, I have a '64 W200 chassis, with 4.10 geared axles, and a '63 W300 chassis with 4.88 gears. I also have the transfer case and crossmember to convert your 2wd 1/2 ton over to 4x4. I am up in Washington, but will be coming down to Hollister in the spring if you can wait that long.
Your local parts store will have most the consumeable parts you need for the rest of your questions, and Vintage Power Wagons will have everything else.
