While it's sad that these heros are leaving us at an alarming rate we are fortunate that there are those who help to keep their memories alive. My father, a B-24 Bombadier during WWII, was always tight-lipped about what he experienced "over there". Before his passing away a few years back I was able to learn a few things. Then through searching on the internet I was able to find a great site, with a wealth of information specifically about his bomber group. From photographs (his was the Larson crew), to mission history to being put in touch with the only surviving member of his crew. I'm thankful to the work that has been put into such a site and look forward to assisting them in keeping alive the memories and sacrafices of these great hero's
