I am not sure about the rods etc between the 2 engines. I think MN is probably right though. I do know of a 1958 Dodge sweptside with hemi heads on the 315 and was told they just bolted them on and it runs great. I'm not sure if the same water pump was used or not. I'll see if I can get the picture of the 315 that we sold it says "315 HEMI" with a decal on the heads with black lettering on a yellow background.
