KANO Kroil and time. Repeated applications over days will eventually penetrate the corrosion. Keep working them 'till they loosen up. This method usually avoids more harse treatments like heating, banging, breaking, drilling, helicoiling. They can still follow it if it doesn't work. I think some of those studs are in to the water jacket. I am replacing mine with stainless so this doesn't happen again (in my lifetime!).
