removing manifold studs

Rather then risk breaking my manifolds on my 230 I am taking apart for rebuild, I drilled out the 4 nuts that were frozen on.

What method do you guys recommend for removing studs. I have about a 1-2" of stud length left to play with. I don't have a acetylene torch so it will have to be another method.
