Most of the older style 'Cats had axles like the WC 1/2 ton military with altered ends, but the drive system is just too light to be any use under a full-sized truck, as the military found out when the built special military Tuckers. In addition the steering frames and the like are usually aluminium and not durable under big loads. If it's the more modern rubber tracked type I don't know what spares will fit anything else.
