A few other things to check...

Do we have any fluid leaking anywhere that caused the system to do dry or let air in? Bad flexible line at the wheel or other location?!

When you replaced the booster did you do it because it was full of brake fluid or just to eliminate another piece when the brakes still didnt work?! Doesnt the new one pull and hold vacuum?!

I had a spring break on a rear drum one time causing the shoes to travel out to far and that took all my brake pressure trying to push that setup out beyond its normal movement. It ended up pushing the cup out of the wheel cylinder and I lost the brakes completely. Had a leak at the wheel and thought a brake cylinder had went out finally on the old truck. Turns out the spring is what caused it in the first place when it broke.

Brakes are real simple but are touchy and have a certain tolerance level they must stay in or they wont work for squat and thats what makes them hard to fix.
