Ask them for some good faith money , since it is an international transaction. A lot of con artists will invest a bit to make a big score. Use their own tactics against them. If they try to hurry the transaction tell them your having difficulty with the export liscense or the carrier. I'm not suggesting anyone commits a felony here, say by making up your own phony bank check. But you could ship them a box of Monopoly money as payment.

These scammers are scum and are not entitled to common decency, anything we do to them should be fair game. RDT
