We had the same problem with a 1997 Jeep Cherokee. First time was fixed under warranty with alot of hassle I saw the bill it was $1500. It did it again with another 20K miles on it we ended up getting rid of the jeep.
I would try Randy's as John Foster suggests we have had great luck with them in the past.
