Brought home a M-812 bridge truck, stripped the special bed and put on a farm commodity bed. Light weight is 25,000 lb.s we load it up with another 30,000 lb.s for a gross of 55,000 lb.s or 27.5 tons. Handles the load great with the 250 hp Cummins. As far as getting through Idaho DOT, I think you can licence a 3 axle truck for 50,000, or a guy might get over on the axle weight. Tom
