Electric Wiper Motors?

Does anyone have a pair of 12 volt electric wiper motors for a 57 Power Wagon? I have a pair of American Bosch 6 volt motors, one runs well, 1 runs at about 1/2 speed. Are these units serviceable? What gadget do I need to run them on 12 volts? I also have a set of brand new arms, nuts and blades for vacuum wipers, as well as a Trico vacuum resevoir tank for improved vacuum wiper operation. Lets make a deal!
