Get some adapters built. It's easier than it sounds. Any good machine shop can do it. I had some built for my W300 rear end which was originally built for duals. They consisit of 2 round plates joined together by a round spacer to give me the offset I needed. They cost me around $150.00 apiece. The inside plate has holes to bolt to the original drum and the outside has holes for lug bolts for the wheels. You can convert to 8 hole or 10 or whatever. I've had mine in use for about 5 years.
