Flywheel for Cast Crank 440

I have a '78 440 with an externally balanced, cast crank. It was interfaced to an automatic. I want to use it in my '76 W100 with manual trans. I need a flywheel that was balanced for this specific application. I have heard of them but never seen one. Does anyone know where I might find one of these legendary objects? Is there even a specification to which I could have a standard flywheel modified?
